A processing method that can cut without being limited by material. It can cut thick materials like aluminum, brass, and copper, which are not well-suited for laser cutting, beautifully!

At B.K.T., we have our main laser cutting machines and water jet cutting machines, and we cut various materials. The water jet cuts by mixing a fine abrasive called garnet with water. It can cut a wide range of materials, including stone, rubber, carbon fiber, acrylic, and Delrin. Since no heat is applied to the jet beam, the material can be cut without distortion, maintaining a precision of approximately ±0.3mm. 【Water Jet】 Features: Can cut various materials without selection. Minimal deformation due to heat. Processing accuracy: Approximately ±0.3mm for both outer diameter and inner diameter.
